Tonight, you'll break your one rule... Posts: 8,465 Group: Moderator Member #17 Joined: May 6, 2004	Voyager Megatron. The frozen one, that is. Ok, so everyone's thinking that this guy stinks, right? Well...he's kind of a hit or miss, really...he's got issues, but...he's an over all nice figure. So, you guessed it, he's a jet in vehicle mode, with lots of plastic ice covring him to simulate the frozen megatron thing from the movie. Some people have even chosen to call him cryotek. And, yes. Megatron's jet mode for some reason couldn't be represented well in toy mode, I mean, you can see his head! at least with this guy, there's so much stuff going on, you don't see the head as much as you do in the leader version. He's got an attack thing in this mode, pull a lever on its back, and the wings swing forward for...like...claw at something with its ice wings. Kinda strange, but cute and especially harmful to autobots. His transformation is kinda strange, yet easy, and his automorph is pathetic. My biggest issue with this transformer is his feet. Either I'm doing it wrong or something, but my friend also got one, so, we know his feet suck. You see, his feet are always in jet mode, and they've got springs on the joints, it's kinda strange, so the automorph consists in putting the feet on feet mode (oh the originality), and the ice part goes up a little, but...it doesn't work here. The feet have no way of locking in, so the only way his feet will be in standing mode is only when he is actually standing. So when he's not on the floor, he really IS flying around, but it looks very gay (yes. GAY, ok? got a problem with me saying GAY? No? Then you're a pathetic carbon based life form!) But its annoying as hell. Other than that, I have no issues with this guy. Had his feet been designed differently, it would have been an awesome, truly awesome figure. Another weird thing is his shoulder joints. His biceps have this sort of lock and load ratchet thing that is just...something we have not seen before. But the moral of the story is, HAVE THESE DAMN JOINTS LOCK TO SOMETHING DURING TRANSFORMATION, and this seems to be a huge issue with the TFTM's so far. Barricade's waist doesn't lock onto anything, Ironhide's waist locks loosely, and other joints just...don't lock well during transformation. Had his feet locked on, or just skipped the apparently pointless automorph in this case, he would have had an A, but this thing is so annoying, I'll put him in B minus. Not even the head thing bothers me that much here. Go figure. PICTURES SOON. WTF does this smiley do?

But the lack of natural sunlight here is disturbing and useful. or maybe I just get home too late. Robot mode first I AM MEGATRON DIE PATHETIC AUTOBOT I'll be the last thing you ever see. TRANSFORM Disgusting Prepare for take off. FLIGHT OF THE ICEBERG I can drive around delivering babies, too. I EAT THEM AS WELL YUM! Next...well...who knows. The shortage here is disturbing. IT's a terrible dry spell. I want my Bonecrusher. Scalpers are having fun, and I LOVE your sig and avatar, Executor.

Posts: 1,591 Group: Members Member #261 Joined: August 4, 2007	UGGG! Sorry, he was one of the worst toys on this line, almost nothing that shows me he is Megatron. I know why they did the Cybertron jet mode, but he is just too much exoskeleton for me.

Most of the Decepticons are good except BlackOut (Because he lacks detail), BoneCrusher (NO ELBOWS), and Megatron. All of them blow. Even the Voyager one. I bought him 'coz I needed his presence in some way. And this was the lesser evil. As for the rest of the 'cons, I have no problems with them at all. I skipped Starscream 'coz I'm waiting for ThunderCracker. I just dig the blue. And I don't know what to rename Starscream with. Waspinator? BugByte? Raptorhead? I might just get one of each. Starscream, ThunderCracker, and even G1 Repaint Starscream and give them names like Drifter, KnightScream, and Starscreamer. And if they decide to make a purple and black one, I'll just give it the forbidden name and there we go. Seeker galore! I'm just waiting for LongArm, CCBB, Payload, Dropkick Cupcake, ThunderCracker, and the Battle for the Allspark ones, Landmine, stockade and incinerator. And LEader brawl, of course.

Posts: 8,465 Group: Moderator Member #17 Joined: May 6, 2004	StarScream Voyager Well...I...broke down, and got me a Starscream, and seeing how bad things are with TF here in TX, this was a very lucky find. And he is...so cool! So I was conflicted at first, whether I should just buy ThunderCracker, but I've decided to have both of them and form a small TFTM style Seeker team. We need a purple mold with a different head, now, and red, and maybe one in Ramjet colors, too. It would be awesome. I mean, think about it. A bunch of TFTM Seekers who shoot missiles out of their hands. They're like the executioner force of the Decepticons. Or maybe they should get hands if they ever do re-tool them. But more on that later. Starscream is a Raptor F22, which is a stealth attack plane used by the US (beautiful plane, it's so sleek...), and, it's got the same problem that all flying TF have, which is a huge undercarriage. But I can live with that. Looks more like a flying tank. IT's got the hands/missiles sticking out a little too far for my taste, and the head's a little too visible on the back...but not too visible. Could be worse. At least he gets privacy via a rubber panel. The arms/engines/undercarriage junk, if you roll the wheels, the three missiles on each hand will shoot when the cuff rotates. Pretty cool, but it's got sort of an annoying system. You see, there's a tab that presses each of the missile's buttons each time the weapon rotates, and it's external. No Silver Knight Batman here XD. But this is kinda cool, because you don't always HAVE to rotate the missiles in order to shoot them, but personally, that wouldn't have been an issue, and now the missiles are too easy to shoot. But it's kinda worse in robot mode. Therefore, he's got these missiles holsters on each forearm, which makes it very cool. The Transformation is amazing. It's complex, but all parts lock (the shoulders don't lock, but it's part of the transformation, and they're not loose enough to be an issue, would have been better if they were pegged together, but, as long as they don't fall apart...), and the automorph is very cool. As for the robot mode...it's DEAD ON to the movie counterpart. While nowhere as detailed, it's pretty similar (not counting the missile hands...), but the body's very good, very solid, and I have no issues whatsoever with his face. I liked it when I saw it, but saw a big resemblance to Waspinator, but...I was willing to give it a chance. He is also very well articulated, shoulders, legs, tarsals, metatarsals, knees (The femoral joint isn't that good, it's kinda hindered if you move them too far either way, but for a flying tF that doesn't spend time running on the ground much, this is fine, the other leg articulation makes up for it), and he's very burly. This isn't your Starscream you love to hate. This is the starscream that's gonna own you all. I mean...he WAS the only survivor along with Barricade in the final battle...And he owned BB via air supremacy. However, this TF's backside looks kinda empty. I know it would have been kinda hard to give him back thrusters, and he looks kinda hole-y in some angles...but part of the reason I liked it so much is because he is very Beast Machines to me. And I love BM. Of course, he doesn't have all the Transparent stuff, but he fits in with other BM's. So, I'm very pleased with him, even with his hole-y issues and lack of hands, he is very solid, in both modes, and this earns him a B+ - A-. PICTURES COMING SOON

OR black and purple and call him Skywarp...orange and call him Sunstorm. Thundercracker is selling good here. I have seen him but he doesn't last long, neither does the white and red Ratchet.

Worst part is that...the retailers are filling their empty space with PKMN, wrestlers, MORE spiderman, MORE PR, or SW. ...i've seen this on a number of retailers here lately. mainly wal mart SS pics in a few minutes. Starscream: We're here to serve you Lord Megatron! He he he...if only he knew I seek to destroy him and take over the decepticon army!! SOAR INTO BATTLE! DIE PATHETIC AUTOBOTS!! PATHETIC FOOLS! I'm STARSCREAM! King of the skies! And that's that.

Well, he's exactly like the Regular Jazz, but his silver is lighter, his windshields are aqua and not blue like the regular, and his robot mode is full of battle damage, like on his legs, mostly, and his head. He also has a kick @$$ gun. It's like half rifle, half crescent blaster. This weapon kicks butt. And it shoots a blue blast missile, kinda reminescent of Cybeetron CrossWise's blue missile, but this one looks like one of those weird cybertron effective weapon system blasts. But yeah. There's nothing much to say about him. Also, his arms have been fixed, y'know, with the weird hinged forearm transformation. Pics:
